Æscrin of the Atavium (Lower Elphame)
The Æscrin is an object crafted between the tides of the Numinous Stone and the Star Barrow. It is a singular unique artefact in that beyond the one owned by myself only this one other has been made available for the potential seeker.
A word of caution must be offered in that the nature of this object is such that it is wise for it not to be housed in an environment where its mysteries are not being explored in earnest.

The Æscrin itself is comprised of a brass inlaid wooden box containing The Book of the Spirit Meadow and The Ossuary of Shadows.
1 x The Book of the Spirit Meadow
This is a twelve page miniature handmade book, bound in the mantle of the toad. Contained within are various handwritten and hand drawn offerings giving a glimpse into the nature of The Great Below. The book is contained in a wax sealed wrapping.
1 x The Ossuary of Shadows
Housed within a ritually sanctified brass chest are three icons of the Elphamic Atavium; a fallen remnant of a Crow Spirit; the Manikin Child of a Mandrake Spirit and the Blackthorn Effigy of a Toad Spirit.
1 x The Litany of the Voiceless
A litany and rite to achieve attainment unto communion with the spirits of the Ossuary, presented in a hand bound booklet. The version of the Litany provided here differs from that provided elsewhere, being more specific to the work of the Ossuary.
